A space to come home to yourself—one breath, one sensation, one truth at a time.

These one-hour sessions are co-created sanctuaries: gentle, attuned containers where you’re invited to bring your full self.
No performance. No pressure. No need to “have it all figured out.”
Just the real, raw, beautiful you—exactly as you are.

Together, we follow the thread of your body’s wisdom through a dynamic blend of somatic practices, parts weaving, intuitive energy work, intuitive movement, creativity and nature-based awareness.

Sessions are responsive and emergent—guided not by a rigid formula, but by your body’s cues, desires, and needs in the moment.

This is a space for deep listening, release, and restoration.

These Sessions Are For You If:

  • You’re navigating stress, grief, burnout, or life transitions

  • You feel disconnected from your body or voice

  • You crave a healing space that honors your complexity and rhythm

  • You’re looking for nervous system support rooted in trust, not fixing

What a Session May Include:

  • Somatic grounding and body awareness

  • Parts-based exploration and dialogue

  • Sensory tools, breathwork, or stillness

  • Earth-based ritual or imagery (if desired)

Each session is unique. You don’t need to prepare anything. We begin exactly where you are.

✨ Embodied Parts Weaving

An 8-session 1:1 container to map, honor, and befriend the inner ecosystem of you.

Inside each of us lives a constellation of inner parts — protectors, creators, tender ones, survivors, sparks.
This is not about fixing or managing them.
This is about weaving relationship — through the body, through breath, through care.

Embodied Parts Weaving is a one-on-one series where we build your personalized Parts Atlas — a creative, evolving map of your internal system.
Using somatic inquiry, intuitive dialogue, body-based ritual, and imaginative exploration, we listen for the parts that show up in session and learn how to support them with presence rather than pressure.

You don’t need to know where to begin.
You just need to be curious. Willing. Open to witnessing what’s alive.

This Series Is For You If:

  • You feel fragmented, stuck, or in conflict with parts of yourself

  • You’re navigating burnout, transition, grief, or identity shifts

  • You’ve done parts work before but want to feel it through the body

  • You’re neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or a creative seeking self-understanding

  • You want a long-form container for deep support and personal mapping

What the Series Includes:

  • An initial mapping + somatic intake session

  • 7 weekly or biweekly 60-minute weaving sessions

  • Personalized creation of your Parts Atlas — a visual, creative map of your system

  • Optional practices and invitations between sessions to deepen the connection

  • A pace that follows your body’s timing and needs

Each session is collaborative and emergent — guided not by a fixed protocol, but by the living wisdom of your inner world.

About the Parts Atlas

Your atlas is a growing, creative reflection of your internal system. Together, we document parts as they arise — their names, somatic sensations, protective roles, images, needs, and desires.
You’ll leave with a tangible, intuitive map of your internal relationships — one you can return to as a resource for self-understanding and regulation.

This is your book of inner belonging. Your guide home.

Group Sessions

✨ Befriending the Body

A weekly somatic sanctuary for slowing down, tuning in, and building trust with the body.

Before we can process, heal, or shift… we must first befriend.
This is the foundation of all somatic work — not techniques or tools, but relationship.
Befriending the Body is an ongoing, come-as-you-are space to reconnect with your inner signals, sensations, and rhythms.

Through gentle guidance, we explore how your body communicates, where it holds your stories, and what it needs in the moment.
Some sessions will follow a theme (like grounding, boundaries, or grief); others will unfold more informally. Each gathering centers around one simple truth:

Your body is not a problem to be fixed. It is a being to be known.

Sessions may include:

  • Guided body scans + orienting practices

  • Breath and movement invitations

  • Sensory exploration and nervous system mapping

  • Reflection prompts or shared ritual

  • Co-regulation in a safe, small group container

No prior experience with somatics is needed.
Just a willingness to listen inward.

📅 Format + Flow

  • Weekly drop-in style — come as you can, no obligation

  • Held in 4-week cycles with 2-week integration breaks in between

  • Capped at 7 participants per cycle for intimacy and attunement

  • Optional themes woven through some sessions, with room for emergent flow

🧒 Childcare Available

Optional on-site childcare is offered for $10/child per session
Parents are welcome to bring their children and have them cared for nearby while staying fully present in the session.
