Photography FAQs

  • What kinds of sessions do you offer?

I offer full and mini portrait sessions for families, individuals, couples, and creative souls. I also offer embodiment sessions and event photography. My work is natural, emotive, and story-driven.

  • Where do sessions take place?

Most sessions take place outdoors in the OKC area, but I also offer sessions at my shared studio space inside The 4801. I can travel for select sessions—reach out and let’s talk.

  • What should we wear?

I recommend choosing clothing that feels good in your body and flows well with movement. Earth tones, textures, and layers photograph beautifully. After booking, I’ll send a styling guide to help you feel prepared and inspired.

  • How do I book a session?

You can contact me directly via the inquiry form. Once we connect, we’ll finalize a date, time, and location.

  • How do you hold space for neurodivergent families or kids?

I approach every session with flexibility, consent, and curiosity. As a neurodivergent parent myself, I understand that traditional expectations don’t always fit. I follow the child’s lead, welcome stimming and movement, and create space for breaks or shifts in plan. I avoid forced poses or pressure and instead focus on connection, comfort, and authentic moments. Your family is met with respect, care, and full permission to be exactly as you are.

  • How much do sessions cost?

Mini sessions are $200, full sessions are $375, and embodiment portrait sessions are $500. I also offer occasional pay-what-you-can days—subscribe to my newsletter or check Instagram to stay updated.

Embodied Healing FAQs

  • What is Embodied Healing?

Embodied Healing is a gentle, consent-based practice that supports reconnection with the body, emotional awareness, and nervous system regulation. It weaves together somatic parts work, sensory rituals, movement, and earth-based practices to create space for healing that honors your unique rhythm.

  • What happens in a 1:1 session?

Each session begins with a check-in and an invitation to ask the body for consent. From there, we may explore somatic parts mapping, grounding practices, creative movement, or simply co-regulating together. There is no one way to engage. The work follows your cues and capacity—no pressure, no fixing.

  • What are your group offerings?

I host small group sessions like Befriending the Body as well as nature-based gatherings. Groups are designed to be sensory-friendly, slow-paced, and rooted in collective care. All offerings are pay-what-you-can to support accessibility.

  • Is this therapy?

No, this is not clinical therapy. I’m a certified somatic practitioner with a focus on trauma-informed, body-based care. While this work can be therapeutic, it’s not a substitute for licensed mental health treatment. That said, it often complements therapy beautifully.

  • How do you hold space for neurodivergent folks

This practice is designed with neurodivergence in mind. Stimming, silence, movement, tangents, and emotional intensity are welcome. I prioritize autonomy, non-coercion, and flexibility. Whether you show up full of words or just need to be witnessed, your way of being is honored.

  • How do I begin?

You can inquire through my website to schedule a 1:1 session or join an upcoming group. I also offer free somatic tools and guides on the Resources page if you'd like to start exploring this work on your own first.
